Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Custom or personalized items (including custom names, colors, or designs) are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect. 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. 

  • We will replace the item at no cost to you. 

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our handcrafted process, the following cannot be returned: 

  • Custom or personalized designs

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Digital products

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after approval. 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.

  • Once your return is approved, you may reorder the correct size or style. 

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
