Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Custom or personalized items (including custom names, colors, or designs) are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our handcrafted process, the following cannot be returned:

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after approval.
Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.

Once your return is approved, you may reorder the correct size or style.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
